We had the most wonderful stay at this B&B. The owners were friendly and shared fascinating insights about Armenia with us. The dinner cooked by Sona was delicious, and we couldn't wait for our second night there. The location, although not in the city center, allowed for a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful garden to enjoy. The breakfast was tasty and the WiFi worked well throughout the house. I highly recommend this B&B for a nice stay in Vagharshapat!

We recently spent a romantic weekend at a cozy B&B in a charming Armenian town. The location was perfect for exploring the main sites on foot, and also as a base for visiting other places of interest in central Armenia. We loved the warm welcome we received from the hosts and enjoyed a delicious dinner, complete with local flavors and ingredients. The family atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the free WiFi allowed us to stay connected while enjoying a relaxing break.

The distance from the main sites - it took us around 15 minutes to walk there. the bed was a bit noisy, which meant that we woke up every time we turned over.

This B&B has a convenient location for those who need to be close to the airport. the room is modern and comfortable, with a nice work space. Bathroom is clean and the shower has good water pressure. the breakfast is satisfying and homemade, including organic ingredients. the hosts are friendly and speak excellent English.

It is a bit noisy in the morning due to children playing outside.
